Experts from Morocco and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) discussed in Rabat Monday a draft action plan to promote cultural and media cooperation between the two sides. Moroccan Minister of Communications and government spokesman Mustafa Khalfi, in a statement at the opening of the meeting, said the action plan was within the Morocco-GCC. He called for the promotion of media and cultural cooperation between the two sides, and holding an annual media forum. Director of the GCC Media at Kuwait's Information Ministry Mohammad Al-Badah said he was looking forward to strengthening the media cooperation through the launch of joint programs. He called for the implementation of the action plan within a specific timetable. The action plans paves way for the cooperation in all media domains, e-publication and intellectual property, as well as exchange of expertise and production of movies.
