Meanwhile, Mohammad Al-Sanousi, the former minister of information and a member of the delegation, said that the visit aims at boosting friendly relations as well as political ties between the two countries and to exchange views on issues of mutual interests.
For her part, Kawthar Al-Jawaan, a lawyer and chief of the Kuwaiti Women's Development Institute, said the visit would strengthen ties between NGOs in the two countries.
She expressed her happiness for participating in that trip, saying it includes meetings with senior officials of Mashhad city to stress historic role between all segments of the two societies.
