A Kuwaiti media delegation represented by Kuwait Journalists Society (KJA) left on Sunday on a first visit to Kiev, the Ukraine, to meet with Ukrainian media officials.The delegation, headed by KJA Secretary General Faisal Al-Qinai, was seen off at Kuwait International Airport by Ukraine's Ambassador to Kuwait Vladimir Tolqatch and Media Attache at the Ukrainian Embassy Valdimir Martnic.Ambassador Tolgatch expressed his hope that this visit would attain its goals in boosting media relations between Kuwait and Ukraine, praising the level performance of the Kuwaiti press and the freedom it enjoys.On his part, Al-Qinai said in a press statement that the Kuwaiti delegation is visiting Ukraine for the first time and will be meeting with a number of political and media officials, adding that signing a cooperation agreement between Ukraine Journalists Union and KJA is expected during the visit to strengthen media relations and experience exchange between the two countries.The Kuwaiti delegation includes KJA board member Jassem Kamal, and members Ibrahim Al-Melaifi, Hussain Al-Harbi, Madi Al-Hajri, Omar Al-Rashidi, Jarah Al-Mutairi, Ghannam Al-Ghansam, Haider Saber and Hamed Al-Amiri.
