Anadolu Agency (AA) will inaugurate its Brussels office on October 2 as part of its growth initiative. The office, which will be inaugurated by Turkish EU Minister Egemen Bagis and AA Board Chairman and Director General Kemal Ozturk, will coordinate between AA offices in Europe. Located at the International Press Center (IPC) near major EU buildings in the Europa complex at the heart of Brussels, the office will transmit Europe news in all of AA's languages. The inauguration ceremony will be followed by a photo exhibition titled "The World through the lens of Anadolu Agency," again opened by Bagis and Ozturk. Within the framework of its 'Centennial Vision', Anadolu Agency has decided to divide its global network into five main regions, including Europe, Americas, Middle East-Africa, Asia-Caucasia, and Asia-Pacific. AA currently provides wire service in six languages, which are Turkish, Arabic, English, Bosnian, Russian, and Kurdish, and aims to raise this number to eleven by 2020 when it will celebrate its hundredth anniversary.
