Media Committee of Arabian Gulf Cup football tournament Gulf Cup 22 announced the final number of the journalists covering the tournament activities (2050) among all media, and according to the Head of committee Rajauallah Al-Selmi, TV channels was the most participants with a number of (1051) then the newspapers with (507), then websites about (200) journalists, Radio channels (54) and new agencies (53) journalists.
In a press statement, Al-Selmi added that the statistical included (486) photographers and (469 journalists and (90) Editor in Chiefs, (101) presenter, (80) producer, (140) ground reporter, (465) technical, (45) production manager, (40) television analyst, (20) commenter, (61) TV director, noting that (325) forms was rejected for different reasons.
Al-Selmi added this number reflects the big interest in the tournament what represents as a big event for the media, pointing that it one of the biggest numbers in the history of media coverage of the pre-tournaments, pointing that main media centre was initialized in addition to the media centers in the stadiums.
