Tunehouse out of Australia is creating an aftermarket program for the Subaru BRZ. Dubbed the Tunehouse BRZ Cosworth, the thorough project focuses not only on added power but on handling and performance as well. Starting with the powertrain, the BRZ is set to receive the full Cosworth treatment. That includes, according to Tunehouse founder and boss Jim Ghelis, a 2.6-liter Cosworth crate engine with an HKS GT-grade turbocharger and a front-mounted intercooler along with an EcuTek ECU and lightweight billet flywheel. The new engine puts out a total 330hp to the rear wheels. The new plant replaces the BRZ's stock 2.0-liter boxer engine, adding roughly 133hp to the sporty coupe. For improved handling and a better driving experience, the Subaru BRZ will receive a KW Variant 3 coil-over suspension for adjustable ride height along with an alignment kit, 1.5-way Tunehouse limited-slip-differential and Whiteline anti-roll bars. It sits on s set of 18-inch Advan alloy wheels wrappe din Federal RSR rubbers.
