The upcoming Porsche Cajun is part of a new sport luxury crossover segment that also includes the Land Rover Evoque.Porsche is hard at work preparing their upcoming Cajun small SUV. Slotted to fit below the Cayenne, the Cajun will be based on the same platform as the Audi Q5. And now our always efficient spy photographers caught a Cajun test mule out testing in Northern Sweden.Although it's wearing Audi badges and looks very much like the Q5, underneath it's all tuned by Porsche. We haven't yet seen any prototypes that could give us a clue as to what the Cajun could look like, but we suspect that it'll be quite similar to the Cayenne, only smaller.Audi will also supply both gasoline and diesel engines; however, they will be fine-tuned by Porsche allowing for the Cajun to be more powerful than the Q5. In addition, there'll be a hybrid option featuring the 2.0-liter TFSI with around 210hp combined with a 44hp electric motor. The idea is to allow Porsche to come closer to the average C02 goal of 130 g/km that all auto manufacturers must meet by 2015.The Cajun will be launched initially with four doors, but a sportier two-door option will be offered at a later date. Expect the Cajun to debut sometime in 2013 as an early 2014 model.
