Although not the most popular, the Toyota Yaris certainly has a lot of potential. Sales of the Toyota Yaris may very well skyrocket after people see all of these green and mean Yarises. The Yaris is the cheapest and smallest member of the Toyota family, but that doesn't mean it should be overlooked or branded as "boring."There have been a handful of modified Yarises that are capable of both burning up the track and greening the environment, though not at the same time. So the next time you see one of these small cars on the road, just remember these unique versions. The B-Spec Yaris is the closet the Yaris has come to "cool" in quite awhile. This sporty upgrade was spotted at SEMA 2011 and features everything needed to kick butt in the B-Spec racing series including a gutted interior, Cusco Zero-3 suspension and a modified engine featuring a cat-back exhaust and a new management system.Toyota has no plans of putting the B-Spec Yaris or anything like it into production.yet.SEMA 2008 featured a greener Yaris in the form of the Yaris Tailback. This literally green hatchback was designed to run on both gasoline and compressed natural gas (CNG).The car can be switched from gasoline to CNG with the push of a button and features suicide doors and a hooked-up interior.
