Manhart Racing has just announced their latest tuning package for the BMW M3.Manhart Racing is set to deliver their latest tuning package for the BMW M3. Taking many components and technology from the X6 M, the tuner started off with its V8 Twin Turbo.They increased the M3's output from 555 to 750hp and 671lb-ft of torque. With the added power, a larger air cooler was then installed along with reinforced pistons and rods. They also tacked on a new set of brakes. Total weight is also down, giving the car a power to weight ratio of 2.12 kg/hp.he new exhaust system is also titanium. Performance wise, it can go from 0 to 62 mph in only 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of more than 217 mph.The exterior has also been upgraded with new carbon body panels, such as the air slots on the hood, the trunk lid, the adjustable front spoiler, front and rear wheel arches, side sills, and a tail diffuser. Even the side mirror casings are made of the same material. Stepping inside, the tuner has installed an in-house carbon racing seat and carbon fiber interior package. There is also Alcantara on the doors, canopy, and trunk lining.Manhart left the BMW Performance steering wheel in place, but added illuminated rev lights and their own display screen that measures G-forces and acceleration. Lastly, they fitted a roll cage that features back and flank protection. No official pricing or time of availability has been announced.
