We should be seeing the roadster version of the Lamborghini Aventador this March at Geneva.Exactly one year after its official debut, the word now is that Lamborghini will unveil the roadster version of the Aventador this March at the Geneva Motor Show. We've known from the get-go that Lamborghini would be building an open-top version of their latest V12 supercar, so it's logical the automaker would choose Geneva once again due to the show's long history of Lamborghini debuts (both the Miura and Countach were unveiled there). And like the coupe, the upcoming roadster will be powered by the 6.5-liter V12 with 690hp and 509lb-ft of torque and mated to a seven-speed transmission delivering power to all four wheels. It can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 217 mph. Expect for the roadster's performance to be very similar. Nothing official has come from Lamborghini just yet, but it's only a matter of time.First photo is a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster rendering courtsey of Teamspeed and others are of the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 coupe from Geneva 2011.
