Q-Auto has been selected as the official commercial agent for Audi and Volkswagen in Qatar following a tender by Audi Volkswagen Middle East FZE, a company spokesperson said yesterday. “Q-Auto was chosen as the partner who is best-placed to utilise the full potential of the market and ensure the positive development of the Audi and Volkswagen brands. The primary goal is the provision of the highest levels of sales and after sales service to existing as well as new owners of Audi and Volkswagen vehicles in Qatar,” the spokesperson said. Benny Lim, general manager of Q-Auto said: “We are in the process of acquiring new showrooms and service centres equipped with the latest technology and manned by expert teams in order to provide the required professional service. In this transition phase customers’ vehicles will be serviced and maintained at temporary facilities and the customers may face longer waiting times for service appointments. We’re working hard and round the clock to satisfy all requests. “In the meantime, we would like to thank all our customers for their continued support and would like to ask them to bear with us during this transitional period.” Customer care hotlines have been established for both sales and after sales service support on 3327 0048 and 3327 1211. Customers seeking support can reach Q-Auto also via e-mail on rsvp@q-auto.com. From GT
