A slight drop in temperatures is expected on Friday and it will be relatively cold and cloudy with a chance for scattered showers in the northern parts of the kingdom while winds will be southwesterly moderate, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department. The kingdom will be affected on Saturday by a depression accompanied by a cold air mass. Therefore temperatures will drop and it will be cold and partly cloudy with rainfall, thunder and hail at times in the northern and central areas while winds be southwesterly brisk blowing dust in the southern and eastern areas. The cold air mass will continue to prevail on Sunday and further drop in temperatures is expected. Therefore it will be cold and cloudy with scattered rain accompanied by thunder and hail at times while winds will be westerly brisk. Temperatures in Amman for the coming three days will reach a high of 12 degrees Celsius dropping down to 4 degrees at night.
