Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, DEWA, recently received a delegation from China National Petroleum Corporation, CNPC, Middle East, as part of a series of meetings DEWA has with international companies.
The delegation included Wang Baoji, Vice President of CNPC Middle East, and Zhang Lei, Manager of the President’s Office at CNPC Middle East.
Al Tayer welcomed the delegation, stressing the importance of joint cooperation between DEWA, the Chinese government, and other private Chinese companies, to establish long-term partnerships in energy, while developing these partnerships to achieve mutual benefits. Al Tayer highlighted DEWA’s most important projects and strategic initiatives.
The delegation commended DEWA on its efforts and expressed interest in cooperating with DEWA, and exchanging experiences, information, and the latest technologies, to contribute to the sustainable development of Dubai.
