Honorary President of the Arab Water Council Prince Khalid bin Sultan will inaugurate Tuesday in Cairo Third Arab Water Forum (AWF3) organized by the council.
The three-day forum will be held this year under the rubric "Together Towards A Secure Arab Water Future".
The event will be attended by a host of water and agriculture ministers as well as experts from various regional and international organizations.
The Head of Arab Water Council and former irrigation minister Mahmoud Abu Zaid said that the forum will focus on the water challenges faced by the Arab region, means of overcoming water shortage and benefiting form available water resources.
