The Reyada Centre for Learning and Development, an organisation under the umbrella of the Executive Office of H.H. Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, has celebrated the graduation of the 5th batch of delegates from its Management Development Programme, MDP.
The annual celebration was attended by various institutions that fall under the Executive Office, and was held in collaboration with the GCC Consulting Company. The 10-month programme involved 11 employees who were given the opportunity to develop their management and leadership skills. The programme is one of the most important courses run annually by Reyada Centre.
Speaking on the occasion, Fatima Al Shehhi, Director of the Reyada Centre, said, "I am extremely pleased and proud to honour these graduates from MDP 5, which happily coincides with the celebration of the UAE's 45th National Day. It is a great symbol of the country’s philosophy of forward thinking and its investment in communities and the people who live in them. Education and development has proved to be key to the dynamic progress of the nation and its residents."
Speaking on behalf of the graduates, Aysha Al Kaabi thanked H.H. Sheikha Jawaher for her endless support, commitment in developing employee’s skills, and investment in human capital.
Founded in 2009, the Reyada Centre was established as part of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher's eagerness to empower staff at her institutions with the skills and tools to help them serve society in all aspect of life.
