More than fifty people participated in a beach clean up to advocate environmental sustainability.
The Oman American Business Center (OABC) event gathered OABC members, their families, as well as other company people from DHL and The Oman Construction Company (TOCO). The group successfully cleared through bags of debris, litter, and other waste in the Wadi Khoudh area.
“The OABC maintains a strong bond with communities in the Sultanate, and continues to explore ways to aid their sustainable development,” a representative said.
The Oman American Business Center (OABC) is an organization that was created to foster the development of commercial activity between the United States of America and the Sultanate of Oman.
The representative highlighted the Center’s focus on community outreach. “The center regularly organizes events that nurtures a spirit of volunteerism, strengthens the social responsibility of the private sector, and supports worthy causes,” the representative remarked.
