The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology, NCMS, has urged motorists to be more cautious, drive slowly and leave enough distance between vehicles due to low-visibility caused by dust, fog and rainfall expected over the next three days.
In a statement released today, the NCMS advised people not to go to sea during this period as seas will be rough and waves will be high in the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
The NCMS also stressed the importance of periodically checking weather reports on its website or by calling its toll-free number.
