Housing, Utilities and Urban Development Minister Moustafa Madboli announced that an urgent project to transfer water to Hadabet el-Ahram, Faisal and el-Haram from the 6th of October water station will be implemented.
The project will transfer 40.000 cubic meters of water daily which will solve the water outage crisis in the three areas.
These remarks came during the meeting held between the minister and Giza Governor Ali Abdel- Rahman.
The two sides discussed the crisis of repeated water outage and solutions for it.
The minister said that the citizen should feel that the service presented to him is improving, adding that it is not proper that the water outage lasts for 22 hours daily.
