Irrigation and Water Resources Minister Hossam Moghazy described the 1959 Nile Waters Agreement between the Egypt and Sudan as a model for any agreements on water between countries.
This came after Moghazy arrived in Khartoum to take part in the Nile Basin Initiative’s (NBI) conference for the first time after five years of absence.
He also hailed the Egyptian-Sudanese relations.
He denied that Egypt will sign on Entebbe Agreement with its current form.
He added that he will review Egypt vision and its reasons for not signing the agreement in the one-day conference.
