Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hossam Moghazi said that Egypt is keen on good relations with Sudan.
The Egyptian policy is keen on having deep economic relations with the sisterly state, Moghazi said in an address before the inauguration of the meetings of the Egyptian-Sudanese technical authority for Nile water.
The address was read out by head of Nile water sector in the Irrigation Ministry Ahmed Bahaa el Din on behalf of Moghazi.
This is the second meeting of the authority in less than three months, he said.
Meanwhile, Bahaa el Din said that the meeting came after an agreement between both countries to expand the efforts of the authority.
