Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, DEWA, has received Ghassan Barghout, President and CEO of General Electric, Gas Power Systems in Middle East and North Africa, and his accompanying delegation.
Al Tayer welcomed the delegation, noting the importance of enhancing cooperation and highlighting DEWA’s most important projects and initiatives for sustainable development and improving the electricity and water infrastructure, according to the highest international standards.
The visiting delegation highlighted the latest techniques, solutions, research, and studies in energy production. The delegation expressed interest in supporting DEWA’s projects, while exchanging skills, information, and techniques, to achieve sustainable development in Dubai.
The meeting was also attended by Khaled Nasser Lootah, Vice President of Strategic Key Accounts at DEWA, Mohammed Wehbe, Strategic Accounts Director at DEWA, and Waleed Salman, Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at DEWA.
