Supreme Council for Environment (SCE)'s Executive Director, Dr. Mohammad Mubarak bin Dina, today received UNEP Deputy Executive Director, Ibrahim Thiaw, in the presence of UNEP Representative and regional Director, Iyad Abumoghli.
SCE's Director stressed keenness to bolster existing cooperation in the interest of Bahrain's environmental sector.
UNEP's Deputy Director commended the SCE's support provided for UN regional office in Bahrain.
The two sides discussed latest environmental development, and hosting a high-level Arab forum on sustainable development by the Kingdom of Bahrain during current year.
