Water Resources and Irrigation Ministry announced on Monday that 4,583 out of 50,399 violations on the Nile River were removed within a national campaign to save the Nile.
In a press release title "Saving Nile River Counter", the ministry said that 22 violations were removed in Qalubiya, Kafr el Sheikh, Aswan, Luxor and Sohag governorates in the past 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Hossam Moghazi said that a hotline (15116) was launched to receive complaints concerning violations related to the River Nile.
