St Regis Abu Dhabi unveils Villa Toscana

The St Regis Abu Dhabi has opened its Italian restaurant – Villa Toscana. This is a residential dining destination catering to up-market patrons and global visitors. The restaurant offers its visitors hand-crafted, regional Italian specialties from Tuscany, Umbria, and Emilia-Romagna. “In an era of quickly-passing fine dining experiences, Villa Toscana offers food prepared to exacting standards by the chef himself,” said Ruben Gabiño, director of food and beverage, The St Regis Abu Dhabi. The menu will change several times a year. Tasting menus are also expected to play a large part in showcasing Villa Toscana’s signature dishes. Source: Travel Daily
