Park Hyatt Jeddah is inviting guests to come and enjoy a street food night every Wednesday and Thursday, from 7-11 p.m. at its Andalusia restaurant. For the first time, Andalusia’s terrace will be decorated with alluring food trucks, street décor and comfortable seats facing the Red Sea. Guests will have the opportunity to cultivate their culinary knowledge and broaden their taste buds in a festive atmosphere.
“This event will burst with creativity with our talented chefs coming up with an exclusive menu. This will include dishes from live cooking stations and a variety of options that I am sure will delight our guests,” said Ashwini Kumar, general manager of Park Hyatt Jeddah.
For intimate dinner gatherings, Park Hyatt Jeddah invites families to a barbecue night every Friday from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Laid out on Dardasha’s terrace facing the panoramic Red Sea, guests will enjoy the smoky-sweet flavors of the meat sizzling on the charcoal-grill in the open kitchen.
The buffet will include an abundant selection of appetizing salads, a lavish spread of tender grilled steaks, chicken and seafood as well as delectable desserts.
Exclusively for ladies, Dardasha offers an exquisite afternoon tea in an environment infused with elegance and sophistication. Served daily from 4-7 p.m, the meal consists of a selection of finger sandwiches, cakes, pastries, and scones with clotted cream and jam. It is served with tea or freshly brewed coffee.
Start your weekend with a delightful family brunch at Nafoura restaurant every Friday from 1-5 p.m. with seating facing the Red Sea. “Our buffet has an array of live stations that provide international dishes with guests able to customize their own choices, ranging from Italian pasta to Mediterranean Manakish,” said Kumar.
The dessert corner offers a variety of cakes, pastries, and Middle Eastern sweets.
The brunch has a friendly atmosphere making it suitable for young children and each week the young ones can learn how to cook with the chef, pick up new skills and enjoy numerous games and activities in an entertaining play area.
