Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is set to take over the management of iconic French Riviera hotel, the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat.
The luxury hotel operator will assume control of the property on 8 May.
For more than 100 years, the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat has played host to world leaders, monarchs and artists from around the globe.
It is located on the peninsula of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, spread across 7 hectares (17 acres) surrounded by gardens featuring lavender and citrus trees. The property has funicular access to the seafront and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is located less than 15km from Nice International Airport.
Guests can dine at one of three world-class restaurants, including the legendary Club Dauphin which serves up a regionally-inspired menu. For relaxation, guests can visit the spa, which includes 8 treatment rooms, a gym, indoor pool, sauna, and steam rooms.
“France is one of the most visited countries in the world, and the opportunity to expand our footprint in this market with another iconic property in addition to Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris is wonderful news for our brand and for guests,” said Allen Smith, president and CEO, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
