Warwick International Hotels (WIH) recently opened the Warwick Hotel Dubai. The 357 rooms and suites is owned by Damas Real Estate, with whom WIH entered into a management agreement last year. The hotel features rooms and suites from deluxe rooms, club rooms, one and two bedroom suites and penthouses across 47 floors. The other facilities include four food & beverage outlets and an executive lounge. This year, WIH continues expanding in the Middle East with the Babylon Warwick Hotel in Iraq and one in Qatar, Warwick Doha Hotel. Jamal Serhan, chief executive officer for WIH in the Middle East North Africa, stated: “The management agreement in the heart of Dubai shows the capacity and the willingness of WIH to respond to hotel investors and owners looking for a privately owned and internationally recognized hotel brand to operate their hotels and resorts”. Deli Grind is a delicatessen outlet; Bayty, the all-day dining restaurant also includes a buffet and à la carte meals. World on 44th is a signature restaurant, offering a blend of South American and Mediterranean flavours. Zenses, the Asian theme restaurant and evening lounge will offer guests Pan Asian cuisine.
