Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh celebrated the launch of the Lebanese Food Festival at Elements restaurant on Nov. 21, which was hosted by Regional Director of Marketing Tarek Bekhiet and in partnership with the Embassy of Lebanon.
At the event, the culinary team at Elements, along with Chef Yousif Rahmoun, visiting chef from Four Seasons Hotel Beirut prepared special mouth-watering Lebanese dishes and selected the finest ingredients to create a wide variety of dishes.
Bekhiet commented: “The hotel’s management is keen to provide all that is distinctive and attractive, by hosting different food festivals and different cultural and social activation.”
He also pointed out that the Lebanese Food Festival won the admiration of many visitors through distinctive dishes and the cultural atmosphere that made for a memorable dining experience.
The Lebanese Food Festival offers a daily all-inclusive buffet at Elements restaurant from 7 p.m. till midnight. On offer during the festival are varieties of appetizers and traditional Lebanese mezze like hummus, fried kebbe, tabouleh, grape leaves, etc.
“Over at the hot food buffet, you can indulge in a wide variety of irresistible authentic main courses from the region of Beirut. Then round off the evening with irresistible temptations made up of a selection of oriental and international desserts,” the hotel stated.
The festival will continue till Dec. 10, providing a wonderful experience to be enjoyed by all family members, Bekhiet said, adding that Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh continues to constantly distinguish itself by offering a blend of diverse cultural experiences prepared by the most talented international chefs with top professional expertise from the best global culinary schools and others from across the different Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts chain around the world.
