On Saturday night the British actress stepped out of her ‘Trinity’ of favourite designers to glow on the red carpet wearing an Elie Saab Fall 2011 Couture dress. Her gorgeous nude lace backless cocktail dress has two tier sleeves and a cute floral detail attached to the waistband. Keira wore the same Miu Miu shoes she wore with her Mary Katrantzou dress in Venice.
