Rania Farid Shawky has told Arabstoday that she will release two new TV shows next Ramadan. She has already started filming “Shahin the Falcon” (Al-Sakr Shahin), saying: “I play the role of a woman who defends her love in an evil way.” About her second show “It’s a Girl's world” (Banat fi Banat), she said: “I liked the idea as it deals with women's issues, difficulties and equality.” She added: “It’s a light comedy of about 15 episodes. Each discusses women issues in a romantic way.” “I’m used to doing two different series every Ramadan; but due to the revolution I only did one last year, “Soliman Ring” (Khatem Soliman)," Rania said.
