Disney Junior says its new animated series Miles from Tomorrowland will feature the voice talents of Olivia Munn, Tom Kenny, Adrian Grenier, Bill Nye and Mark Hamill.
The show is to premiere Friday. Its vocal cast will also include Cullen McCarthy, Fiona Bishop, Dee Bradley Baker, Brenda Song, George Takei and Wil Wheaton.
Sascha Paladino is the show's creator and executive producer, and Paul Demeyer is its supervising director.
Nicole Dubuc and Greg Johnson are the story editors, and Lisa Schaffer is the voice director.
The series is described as "an intergalactic adventure that charts the outer space missions of young adventurer Miles Callisto and his family -- mom and ship captain, Phoebe; mechanical engineer dad, Leo; tech-savvy big sister, Loretta; and best friend robo-ostrich pet, Merc -- as they help connect the galaxy on behalf of the Tomorrowland Transit Authority."
Each episode features "two 11-minute, action-packed stories told from Miles' perspective," the cable television network said in a news release.
