Heidi Karam: I'm still filming 'al-Safaa'

Egyptian actress Heidi Karam has finished filming her scenes for the series "Ibn Mout" (Born to Die) starring Khaled al-Nabawi. Heidi plays the character of a corrupt businessman's daughter. The series' cast includes (in addition to Heidi and Khaled): Ahmed Khalil, Ola Ghamen, Mohammed Nagati, Mohammed Lotfi, Ahmed al-Saadani, Menna Fadali, Hayatim, Farida Seif el-Nasr, Nadia Rashad, Samira Abdelaziiz, Dalia Ibrahim, Ghada Ibrahim and Farouk al-Rashidi. The show is written by Magdi Sabir and directed by Samir Seif. Heidi said to Arabstoday she is still shooting for another show, "al-Safaa" (The Slap), starring Sherif Moneer, Haytham Zaki, and Shereen Rida. "Al-Safaa" is written by Ahmed Abdel Fattah and directed by Magdi Abu Emeira. Meanwhile, Heidi is working on new episodes of her show "The Beauty Game",  sponsored by a famous cosmetics company. She also finished filming her scenes for the movie "Taht al-Saytara" (Under Control), written by Ahmed Rahal and Mahdi Fahmy, and directed by Ashraf Nar.
