Director Ismael Abd Al Hafez has nominated Tunisian artist Feryal Yousif to play the leading female role in the new television drama “Ibn Al Lail” (Son of the Dark). Feryal was chosen to replace artist Basma, who had turned down her nomination. The events of the drama revolve around the dispute of money and power between tribes. The drama will star Majdi Kamel, Feryal, Sabri Fawaz, Ahmad Khaleel, Ameerah Kararah, Khaled Sarhan and others. The story is written by Tareq Barakat and production is by ‘the Voice of Cairo for Audio and Video’.
