Jordanian actor Eyad Nassar has been left dangling by the production company behind his series “Alf Leila wa Leila”. Nassar is waiting around in Egypt to find out when filming will re-start on the series, which was supposed to begin immediately after Eid al-Fitr. Speaking exclusively to Arabstoday, he said: “I know nothing until this moment about ‘Alf Leila wa Leila’ series in this unstable circumstance. I am waiting for the production company to decide the time, which has not yet happened.” He plays the character of Shahriar on the series, which was supposed to be introduced last Ramadan. But the series, which also stars Donia Samir Ghanem and Nichole Saba, was postponed because it wasn’t finished.
