Ambassador of Youth and Sports, Mohammad Fneish, met at his office on Monday with Ambassador of Poland, Wojciech Bozek, and discussed cooperation in the sports field between both countries, especially that Poland has long-standing expertise in organizing sporting championships.
Ambassador Bozek told the press following the meeting that Lebanon and Poland have historic ties that should be developed further. The top officials also touched on political matters in Lebanon in general and the south in particular.
"We discussed sharing information and holding various sports festivals and championships," said the Ambassador, adding that he welcomed Fneish's visit to Poland any time.
Fneish separately met with Ambassador of Palestine, Ashraf Dabbour, over sports affairs.
