Singer Hamada Helal is over the moon after his wife gave birth to their second child, Yusuf. The couple already have a daughter called Irma. Helal was married in 2009 in a ceremony attended by many industry figures. The singer had planned to travel to Austria to receive the award in Best Song category at the “Arab Martyr Festival” in memory of the 25th January revolution martyrs, but stayed in Egypt for the birth of his son. The song was released after President Mubarak stepped down from power. It was written by Malak Adel, composed by Helal and distributed by Ahmed Abdelsalam. Helal is currently filming scenes for his upcoming film “Saber Man” which will be released on Eid al-Adha. Helal’s latest work was a cartoon called “Cheeky kids doing” starring Muna Shalabi, Lutfi Labib, Inaam Salusa and Yusuf Daoud, and was broadcast last Ramadan.
