Ahmed Wafik not against SCAF

Egyptian artists Ahmed Wafik has denied what was reported in a public magazine citing him saying through "Facebook" that he is against the Egyptian Army, stressing that these words goes back to his remarks during the parliamentary elections period when he said: "I am against the decisions of the Supreme Council of Armed Forces, and I am asking it to deal with the situation wisely in order not to allow anybody to distort our Revolution". Wafik said: "I have never said that I am against the Egyptian Army. I have great respect and appreciation to it since the time I spent in the service, which still fills me with pride and honor." On a different note, Wafik is to shoot the first episode of "Imam Al-Ghazali" series in the coming days. In addition, he contracted to star in "Ghamdet Ain" (blink of an eye) where he will play the role of a young diplomat, who likes acting and lives a love story with a girl.
