Ahmed Abdel Aziz reveals role in”Godfather 2”

Egyptian actor Ahmed Abdel Aziz expressed his pleasure of the great success that his new series “The Godfather” achieves, saying that he received positive reactions to his role in the new TV drama show currently presented on satellite channels. He said, “Thanks God for the great success I managed to achieve during this series.”

He added, in an interview with “Arabs Today”, that he was nominated for the role by the production company, adding that he agreed to take the role immediately after reading the scenario. He described the role as a turning point in his career. He added that he does not give priority to the length of the role while to its value.

He stressed that he prepared for the role, saying that it was exhausting. He stressed that the personality he performed during the series has a large number of details. He praised the new experience as it provided him with an opportunity to stand before Egyptian superstar Mahmoud Hemida. He added that Hemida’s presence in the series was one of the major reasons behind his acceptance to take the role.
