A series of concerts and summer festivals continued with Lebanese pop star Ramy Ayach who arrived from Tunisia with another success to add to his record. The star held a huge show as part of the Monastir International Festival on July 26. More than 4,000 people attended with many eager fans arriving hours early to ensure a good position. Ramy performed both his old famous songs and new tracks too, such as, “Ya Tofaha” (An Apple) which was released recently. Monastir theatre was crowded with fans that sang and danced to Ramy’s songs until the early morning and rushed to take photos with him after. Ramy will host the Miss Lebanon Emigrants beauty pageant which will be broadcast by the Lebanese version of MTV.
